Monday, February 6th, 2006Today is your world! You’re making a difference. You’re working to solve community problems, such as lack of access to education or jobs, the spread of HIV/AIDS or conflict. Yet, the impact of your work does not always receive enough
exposure and recognition. Participate now and have your voice heard! The World Bank and its partners invite you to participate in the International Essay Competition 2006 to share your experience and ideas on community work and participation in public life.

谁可以参加比赛？
- 只要你是18到25岁
- 没有在任何PhD programme里
- 对国际事件有兴趣
(我够资格参加，不过我的国际观没那么好，所以我这次不会参加）
论文可以以英文，法语或西班牙文来写。
