很久没有更新Blog了，不少网友电邮问发生了什么事。是发生了一些事，就是这段日子工作量变大，没时间在网上闲混。
Bertha is a partner of “Banco Comunal 30 de Agosto” which is located in Ilave, in the province of El Collao, in Puno. She is 34 years old and is a single mother of two children. She has completed her studies in higher education.
For the past six years, Manuela Ramos has been her Field Partner. Her first loan was for 300 Peruvian soles, an amount which helped her acquire goods. Now she is asking for a loan of an additional 3,000 Peruvian soles. The loan will help her buy jewelry in Arequipa that she will sell in Ilave and in several markets in the area.
Bertha’s dream is to open a jewelry shop and to educate her children. She enjoys meeting people and social gatherings.
又在Kiva上借贷给位在Peru的Bertha Quispe Maquera。Bertha是个34岁的女性，育有两个孩子，单身妈妈。Bertha可是个受教育的人，借贷的目的是为了购买Arequipa的首饰以在Ilave等地方售卖。她的梦想就是开一间首饰店，并提供给自己的孩子教育。
人有梦想是好事，很多人都说马来西亚是个没希望的地方，但我却从另外一个角度来看这个国家。我觉得只要一个国家的人民有自己的梦想，这国家就不会没有希望的。没有梦想的国家才是没有希望的国家。Kiva开始借贷给美国创业家，不知道马来西亚是否也有这种小型借贷援助机构呢？如果小小的钱可以帮助很多人，我不介意成为Angel Investor。

这是我在Kiva第十一个借钱的人——Lucia。
Lucia is a member of the Sonrisa Microfinance Institute.
She is a 46-year-old separated mother of two children. She travels to the different markets in the region where she buys grains, then sells them in various markets throughout the city of Ayacucho.
Lucia needs a 1,600.00 PEN loan, which she will invest in purchasing corn and broad beans.
Lucia dreams of buying a car so that she can transport her goods.

Lucia es separada, tiene 46 años y 2 hijos, Lucia viaja a las diferentes ferias de la región en donde compra cereales, productos que vende en los diferentes mercados de la ciudad de Ayacucho.
Lucia necesita un préstamo de 1600 soles dinero que será invertido en la compra de maíz y haba.
Los sueños de Lucia son comprar un carro para transportar sus productos.
来自Ayacucho, Peru的Lucia是Sonrisa小额信贷研究所的会员之一。今年46岁的她是两名孩子的单身妈妈。她日常工作是在各地买粮食，然后在Ayacucho的各个市场里贩卖。Lucia向借贷以便能投资购买玉米和蚕豆。Lucia的梦想是买一辆车来载货。
今年澳洲很多东西都起价，很多花费都超出预算，不过当初和朋友约定网上赚来的钱一定要拿出一点做出贡献，而Kiva是我本人很喜欢的助人概念，所以一二再而三地在里面借贷给人。
注： 本人在Kiva的小额借贷是没利息赚的。

刚刚又把钱贷款给乌干达(Uganda) Lugazi的创业团体。
Namuwanga Jane is a business woman with a pharmacy business that she has been running for over 8 years. She is 36-years-old and a mother of 6 children, as she cares for 2 orphaned children. At her pharmacy, Jane works as a nurse as well as a midwife by offering treatments for sicknesses and minor surgeries, plus midwifery services to mothers. Since Jane works from her home, she is able to rear animals at home like cows, goats, pigs, and chickens under her close supervision. It is also helpful that she does not have extra rent costs. She needs a loan to restock her pharmacy with more medicines and to pay for people to take care of the feed for her animals.
我觉得这个团体很有意思，因为它是以一个人名来命名的，而且那人还活着。Jane Namuwanga是个女生意人，她经营药房业务有八年多了。她目前36岁，并拥有六个孩子以及两个孤儿。她在药房里扮演着忽视以及助产士的角色。自从她在家里工作后，她能够更好好地看管自己牲口，她也不需要付房租，不过她需要一笔钱来购进药物并聘请人饲养她的牲口。她的团体里共有27人，不知这27人是不是药房里的员工，还是看管鸡牛羊猪，或是合股的人？让我惊喜的是这$4975的贷款款项估计只需要三个月就能偿还。
老实说我不只是想要帮这些贫穷地区的人创业，我也想帮发展中或先进国的人创业，更想要帮马来西亚人创业，可惜缺的是钱，所以只能在网络上做出这点小小的$25贡献。

Azerbaijan(阿塞拜疆)是个什么国家？我不知道，也是第一次听过。在网上查了一下，这个国家可是南高加索（South Caucasus）拥有最多人口的国家，位于东欧和西亚。东边是里海(Caspian Sea)，南边是伊朗，西部是亚美尼亚(Armenia），西北方是格鲁吉亚（Georgia），北边是俄罗斯。这个国家人口阿泽和什叶派穆斯林占多数。
Roza Makhmudova is a 40-year-old single woman who has bred cattle for the last seven years. Roza lives with her parents who are on pension now, so she is the breadwinner of the family. Cattle breeding brings her stable income, but it is just enough to cover the basic needs of her and her parents. Roza would like to increase her income to improve her family’s living conditions. To help her achieve this goal, Roza has applied for a 1200 USD loan that she will use to purchase two calves and fodder for the cattle.
来自Azerbaijan的Imishli的Roza Makhmudova是个40岁的单身女人，并在过去七年从事养殖牛的工作。Roza和她退休的父母一起住，所以她是养家糊口的家庭成员。养牛使她拥有稳定的收入，但这些收入只够应付家庭生活基本开销，Roza希望能增加收入以便改善家庭的生活品质。为了达到这个目标，Roza申请了一千两百美元的贷款，她将用这贷款来买量又小牛以及牛的饲料。这个贷款Roza将会分14个月清还。
讲到牛各位可能就想到牛奶吧。在美国由于美国牛奶价钱大跌，结果大批奶牛就被送去屠牛场宰杀然后卖出。在澳洲恰恰就相反，牛奶供不应求，价格节节升高。这是我在Kiva做出的第八笔贷款，也算是我用在网络上赚到的钱回馈这社会。

当初把广告放进blog里时，就和几位朋友约定要把网络收入的10%捐出来做慈善。那些早我一步赚钱的人并没食言，真的把收入的一部分捐了出来。
在做出上个月的结算之后，我决定再把其中的一部分钱拿出来借给Kiva里的创业家。这次借给的是在巴拉圭的Tomas Lambardo。
对于Paraguay，我知道的并不多，只知道它位于南美洲某处，是个很贫穷的国家。来自San Lorenzo, Paraguay的Señor Tomas是个车工。他原本是一家铝制器皿厂里的助手。他和Señora Manuela Figueredo并抚养两个小孩。现在他在自己的家里开了一个小工产开始制作铝制器皿。他的小工厂目前聘请着八名员工。为了让他的两名孩子能享有更高的教育，他必须提高收入来支付未来的教育费。为了解决这个问题，他决定借贷来扩大工厂，购买砖和水泥，聘请瓦工。
当我写这篇文章时，Tomas Lambardo尚需$725.00，如果有兴趣的朋友可以帮助。

在Kiva上无利息地借钱给人创业是在去年一月开始的，至今快要满一周年了。
原本打算在圣诞节那天再借钱给一个创业家的，但可能Kiva和当地的借贷集团都在放假，竟然没有新的借款名单出现，唯有等到今日才能把这笔钱借出去。这次是把钱借给柬埔寨的Pheng Sok Ann。

Pheng Sok Ann, age 24, lives in Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province, Cambodia. She owns a business in Phom Penh city selling a variety of fruits at the market. Her husband works as a motor-taxi driver. Together, this couple earns about $8 of income a day. She rents a fruit stand from someone near the market and pays them a monthly fee. Sok Ann is requesting a loan to rent another stand to expand her fruit business. With this business expansion, she believes she would increase her profit margin.
24岁的Pheng Sok Ann需要这笔钱来租多一个摊位来扩大她的蔬果生意。她和她的德士司机的月入是在$8左右，这看过去或许不能如网站中所讲述的17个月之内还清借款，但Pheng Sok Ann相信当她的生意扩大时，她的收入将会增加并能如期付清借贷。
想想这个blog的月收入可以是这对夫妻的年收入，在这里只能略尽点绵力借点钱，然后再祝福他们吧。各位如果有多余的闲钱，不妨做点慈善吧，虽然经济不景气，但人情还是不可以吝啬的。

看了最新一期的BRW，主题是澳洲最有钱的青年，觉得里头很多人已开始资金就丰足，而有些刚开始也为了找钱到处求救无门。一些去年上榜的人在今年不在榜上，主要原因就是挥钱如土，而今年几个‘暴发户’也有这种倾向。澳洲这些青年很幸运地搭上澳洲经济成长列车，但其它地方的人就没那么幸运了。
在巴拉圭一个离Carepegua不远的Santa María有一群资源有限的妇女知道一个专门为创业的女性团体贷款的计划——Fundación Paraguay。为了供养家庭并提高生活品质，这些妇女联合起来打听更多关于Fundación Paraguay的事。这些妇女贷款来投资不同领域的小公司，例如干粮、服装、日常用品、食物、书店、首饰。
这些妇女组织成Corazon Solidario (Solidary Heart) Group。Corazon Solidario (Solidary Heart) Group里有十七个妇女，分别是Amalia Vera、Katia Maciel、Eleuteria Florentin、Emiliana Florentin、Nicolasa Benitez、Raquel Paredes、Gloria Fretes、Nilda Lopez、Mariza Caballero、Equicia Leguizamon、Tomasa Gonzalez、Mirian Diaz、Maria Molinas、Sixta Ruiz、Petrona Britos、Mirtha Caballero、Fátima Barrios。Corazon Solidario (Solidary Heart) Group总共借了$3200美元，而每个人平均会有$188的贷款。
所谓创业容易守业难，希望这些妇女能好好利用这笔资金让生意更上一层楼。

刚刚在Kiva那里从Elida那里拿回$25，所以打算再借出去帮助人。
在打开网页不到两分钟就决定把钱借贷给这位Artuto。
Arturo is a humble father of two children whom are his reason for living. He works selling meat , which is a complicated task since Arturo has to travel to distant towns to buy animals and later sell the meat in the booth that he has inside the market. Arturo would like to have sufficient money to buy a larger quantity of rams and chickens. This is the reason that he is requesting this loan with the promise of being punctual and responsible with his payments.

Arturo es un humilde padre de familia de dos niños quienes son su razón de vida, él se dedica a la venta de carne, esta es una labor complicada ya que Arturo debe viajar a diversos pueblos alejados para comprar animales y luego vender su carne en el puesto que tiene dentro del mercado. Arturo desea una cantidad de dinero para comprar mayor cantidad de carneros y pollos. Es así que está solicitando el presente préstamo con la promesa de ser puntual y responsable en sus pagos.
好巧不巧，Arturo竟然和Elida一样来自Peru。Arturo是两个孩子的父亲，而他们也是他生存的意志。他是个屠夫。对Arturo来说，要去到很远的市镇购买动物然后带回市场上宰来卖是个很麻烦的事情。他希望有更多钱能买更多羊和鸡，也就是这个原因让他决定贷款。
从Arturo身上就能看出一些做生意的手法。其一就是他要减低交通费用。如果来回一次只能购买一百只鸡，费用是100元，可是由于资金问题只能购买五十只鸡，那是对交通资源的一种浪费。而且当大量购进货物时，Arturo手头上也有筹码讨价还价。折扣下来的钱Arturo可以拿来买更多东西。
Arturo只是需要$550，目前尚欠$325。如果你愿意的话，不妨捐出$25，让他离目标更近一步，让他的孩子有更好的生活。
