意识形态将导致Google退出中国市场

Google在其官方blog中发表一篇声明，可能会关闭在中国的业务。

以下是Google发表的文章中一些提要：

1. Google中国不断地遭受网络攻击，这导致Google一些知识产权被盗窃。其他大型网络公司也面临同样的问题。
2. Google握有证据显示这些攻击者尝试监视中国人权活动家的Gmail户口，但并不成功。
3. Google发现在美国、中国、欧洲的中国人权活动者的Gmail用户的户口定时地被第三方使用，相信是透过用户电脑中的恶意软体或诈欺网站达到目的的。

Google这三项发现暗示着政府官方某个单位正透过网络监视着中国人权活动者的一举一动。Google虽然说被窥到的资料只是帐号创建日期，电邮内容安全受到保护，但不保证其它网站的内容不被监视盗取资料。

谷歌中国在2006年正月正式开启，并与中国政府达成协议会控管搜寻内容。网络攻击加上中国政府的网络监控，让网络言论的自由受控，这两者导致Google重新评估在中国业务的可行性。Google决定不再审查谷歌中国的搜寻结果，并会在接下来的几个星期与中国政府展开会谈商量其法律可行性。Google已经抱着最坏的打算关闭Google.cn以及在中国大陆的办公室。

教宗与Google讨论开创网络频道

虽然我没任何宗教，但我还是会时不时关注各个宗教的发展，毕竟它们能‘流行’这么久也有他们的经营之道，值得学习。

梵蒂冈公布说教宗Benedict XVI正在和Google商讨在Google创立一个频道。这个项目是梵蒂冈电视台和梵蒂冈电台与Google一起合作的。这个网络频道将会播放教宗的演讲以及相关的新闻。

friendfeed

friendfeed是类似soup.io的聚合服务（soup.io在中国内地已被封）今日开放注册，试用了一下，感觉还满爽的，和当初刚用soup.io一样爽，所以我估计friendfeed也好好活不了几天 。有人说我这样说是乌鸦嘴，但我只是说实话罢了，不封当然好，这么好的服务能用我还开心呢，不过看soup.io的命运，不能不为friendfeed捏把汗。

至于friendfeed到底哪里好，找到一篇文章， 写得比我说的明白多了，欢迎去看。

内地之外的朋友自然不用担心封不封的问题，放开了去玩啦，整个设计理念我真的是蛮喜欢的！

当Google不喜欢google时

Google的奇迹之一就是把自己的brand动词名词形容词化。例如一个人要讲一样东西，他们就会讲，“go and google it”。

What has Google upset is people who use phrases like “I’m going to google it” or “I just googled his name on the Internet and found what I was looking for.” “We think it’s important to make the distinction between using the word ‘Google’ to describe using Google to search the Internet and using the word ‘google’ to generally describe searching the Internet. It has some serious trademark issues,” said a representative for Google.

就像你讲无聊小站很无聊，可是事实上你没什么去读，你没资格讲我无聊一样。

Google has announced to offer free Internet access to everyone in its Silicon Valley hometown. The new wireless network is believed to establish Mountain View, California as the largest U.S. city with free Internet access available throughout the entire community.

虽然很多年以前，马来西亚的MSC（Multimedia Super Corridor)立志要追上美国的Silicon Valley，不过到今时今地，由于行政人员的马虎，还有种种申请license的关卡，导致很多外国公司止步来马来西亚。而Tmnet这个monopolized大马网络市场的呢，他们提供的streamyx三天两头就down，你说奇怪不奇怪？

对了，其实把一个字verblize, adjectivelize和nounlize不只是google罢了，“学运”也是。

学运：“我是学运，我搞学运的，我在学运做工，我做的事很学运。”

缅甸block Google

我国的邻国——Myanmar（缅甸），学中国的手法，block了Google和Gmail。

YANGON: The Myanmar government has blocked the Google search engine and its mail service Gmail, say Internet users.

除了google以外，这则报道也说缅甸政府也block了Yahoo和Hotmail。想也知道，缅甸并不如中国有那么多earning potential，所以这些大公司也不会为了五斗米折腰。我觉得上网如果很多网站开不到的话，还真的是残废。

以前去过缅甸，想过到访昂山舒吉的住处，可是那一带是不准外人进入的。
忽然间从电视那里听到”Chinese People have some kind of talent reading the news （中国人民有某种本事从新闻里读出弦外之音）”，缅甸人民不知道有没有这种本事，马来西亚人民呢？

前几天看到一个很有趣的theory，为什么马来西亚的失业率持续攀升。
一个公司，最大的就是老板。老板自己已经不能promote到更高的地位了，那它也就不用promote其他人上来了，因为都没那种position给其他人。因为这种金字塔的关系，没有人事动迁，所以一个公司也就不用再招聘什么新人。因为这种原因，如果没有人被炒鱿鱼的情况下，就没有人被promote，那就没有什么位子空出来，就不会去招聘人来做工。如果是因为这种原因的话，那么如果要让一间公司扩充就业机会给其他人的话，那一间公司就要扩大发展。
其实很多公司不看学历的，什么本地外国公司它们都不管的。最主要这些人失业的原因是因为自己的attitude problem（看我的housemate就懂）。
其实哪里都有工作机会，是看你自己放得下尊严罢了。
越来越多人想自己创业，创业容易守业难。赚钱机会哪里都有，看你的luck还有眼光了。最重要的是快，狠，准！（功夫）
