不吃油也致肥

Researchers discovered children who were significantly overweight consumed low amounts of unsaturated fat found in fish, olive oil and vegetables.

研究人员说那植物油和鱼油是要摄取的,特别是鱼油Omega-3是特别重要的。

The ideal balance for the Chinese child would be a biological composition of 99% water and 1% child. Water in any quantity less than overly-abundant can never be considered sufficient.
这就像喝水,喝太少会病,喝太多会死,不过还是建议每天喝八大杯水,不一定要等口渴才喝。所以减肥的时候不要不吃油脂之物,前几天看到一则新闻是说如果你运动的话那瘦下来的份量与你节食的是一样的。
