那天马航出事后，听到一位台湾人说出了这句经典的话：“马来西亚政府给我们五十个来马来西亚的理由，可是现在我有一个理由让我从此不会再去马来西亚，那就我我不被尊重。”
他相信，或許是因為登嘉樓機場屬於小型機場，設備較大型機場來得簡便和不足，加上一下子有百餘人湧入餐廳，肯定會造成擁擠和不舒適，相信因為這樣而使該37名乘客感到不滿。
所以我常说啊，这私人业你也要管好以便给旅客留下好印象，特别是那运输业，特别是那德士业。
不过各位读者，如果有机会的话，你还是尽早在马来西亚旅游，因为这里的tourist management不怎么好，很多很美的东西和地方常常会被大批旅客参观后就被破坏掉了。这就像岛屿的珊瑚一样，不然你以为政府每年尝试开发那么多旅游岛屿做什么？就是因为他们觉得找新的比良好的管理容易。所以今年如果有机会参观马来西亚的话，你就来吧。

很久以前还在混聊天时的时代，大家都打:p或者:D的。觉得如果与所有人一样就太逊了，所以那时候研究不同的符号希望能作出不一样的符号表情出来，其中一个最常用的就是—— :Þ
“Þ”是透过Alt+0222。什么是Alt+0222？你看看你的键盘(keyboard），是不是有“Alt”这个键？你按下它不放，然后再在你右边的keypad（就是有九格号码的那个地方）按下0 2 2 2。过后放开“Alt”就好了。
很多symbols或许你不懂要如何键入，其实你是可以在Windows的Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Character Map那里找得到。
这个网页也列出了一些比较常用的符号，各位可以参考。
这些符号在聊天的时候可以用，不过如果在编辑网页时是不能这样子输入的，那个时候就要参考HTML ASCII了。
搞vlog的Jay Dedman在昨天告诉了我Swajana这个印度视频网站。
Swajana means “our people”. It’s a collaboration between an Indian and a U.S. video team. You can see videos of everyone below. Our goal is to show daily life in India through the eyes of people who actually live there. The U.S. team simply helps to solve technical problems and do promotion. The Indian team chooses all the stories and does the production.
我是坚持相信以后vlog会大热的，不然google也不会买youtube了。马来西亚也有个asia247(比较注重podcast），之前sotong也拍了《Gotparted无鸟道》（一定要看）。
现在要搞视频blog是很容易的事，各位可以试试看。

讨厌电话的其中一个原因就是因为它会打扰我睡觉，基本上是讨厌任何会打扰我睡觉的东西。不过在深睡中的电话如果想起，接或不接都难以抉择。
如果接，恐怕会遇到什么unpleasant的事情。如果不解，深恐会错失什么良机。 不过如果接起电话，我的回答大致上只有三种：
现在我就是被电话吵醒后，坐在这里写这篇的。每次当人与我在半睡半醒的状态下讲电话时，我好希望对方问我是否在睡觉（最好一开始就问），然后我就会很快的回答：“嗯！”
睡觉大过天。
今年是马来西亚的旅游年，可是才第二天就出事了。
馬航人員表示，他不能做任何承諾，但是願意將旅客的不滿傳達給公司，不滿的旅客聽了更是惱火，認為馬航沒有解決問題的誠意，最後在馬航接受旅客陳情書，表示願意1週後給個交代，才平息這場「霸機」風波。
这是台湾旅客在丁加如(Terrenganu)的时候，由于马航飞机延误，旅客从早上十点等到晚上十点。这期间马航对这些旅客不闻不问。在这批旅客回台后，他们拒绝下机来表示抗议。
马航的处理态度我觉得很不对。对本地人推托责任就算了，可是这态度对外国人也一样。不管什么东西出错，都要付最大的责任负责，就算不是你的错。客户不想知道你什么原因导致延误，而是看你如何及时处理这些问题。当这些旅客complaint的时候，你应该第一时间反应，不该等一周之后。
不知道为什么马航越做越烂，会亏钱也不是没有原因的。以前只要延误两三个小时，马航会提供吃的餐卷。
