稍微动火
Friday, August 25th, 2006很久没这样稍微发脾气了，这几年来脾气都控制得不错，可是有些人就是让我稍微动火了。
虽然脾气没以前那么暴躁，不过那些不小心被我骂到的人，我觉得有些内疚（我基本上不管什么人，在我火的时候，只要做错一点点事都会成为我的victim）。
我想我还是需要多些修行。

Friday, August 25th, 2006自从好久好久以前的一句：“如果你不接受马来西亚是伊斯兰国家，你就滚出去。”，这个言论后来闹得很大很大。
昨天，马来西亚国际贸易与工业部长Datuk Sri Rafidah Aziz做出以下的言论：
“We are not hiding anything and there are areas you can have 100 per cent equity, majority stake and 30 per cent Bumiputera stake … those who have other feelings can go elsewhere,” she said.

只剩下八个行星
Friday, August 25th, 2006在我不能online的日子以及blog出现问题的日子，我和世界脱轨了。现在我回来了，看到的是我们的solar system只剩下八个行星。

Problem at Duller
Thursday, August 24th, 2006Yesterday, i tried the wordpress upgrade package exabytes provided me, but it overwrited my wp-content files, which made the whole blog design gone.. i requested for their technician to restore my backup and after several hours, still no one replied me… in the end i manage to use my own dumb way to restore my backup..
the problem is, even now everything looks normal at the index page, however, if you try to click any of the link that link to another page of this blog, it will still lead you back to the index, this indicated that all the page files were gone. I checked the manage at my wp-admin, the articles are still inside, but no matter how i save it, it still redicrect to my index. And also, even i set the permission for all the wp-content files in my wp to 777, i still can’t save them in the wordpress wp-admin, got any clue to fix this? apparently exabytes failed their promise to their customer that they’re avaibable 24/7 anytime, and their sites seems to be loading slow.

睡眠债 Sleep Debt
Wednesday, August 23rd, 2006最近skip了几个lecture的原因都是因为睡过头。明明很早就入眠，可是还是睡得死死的，没听到闹钟响。我想这几天大概是在还我长期拖下来的睡眠债。
记得小六那年，读Stanley Conren的《Sleep Thieves》中译本——《爱迪生的诅咒》，里面有提到说人的睡眠有分好几个层次，只要在睡得最死的那一阶段睡短短几个小时就好了，不然如果你在很没有quality的几十个小时睡眠，也不会帮你补回你的精神的。 (more…)
Dawn Yang澄清她整形疑云
Wednesday, August 23rd, 2006在八月21日，Dawn Yang a.k.a. clapbangkiss写了一篇文章，打破了她整形谣言。
自从她莫名奇妙的出名之后，就有某位妒忌心很重的blogger就爆料说她是整形美女，并拿出照片作证。
Dawn Yang为此并没有做出任何反应，直到两天前她就说：“Sure, I had a totally gross pic taken of me, a cnadid shot at the worst angle possible with the worst facial expression and the most overplucked eyebrows”
这谣言会不会止于智者呢？
怎么绑鞋带？
Tuesday, August 22nd, 2006小时候我很不喜欢那种绑鞋(shoe laces)带的鞋，因为觉得很麻烦，所以都是买那种绷带。长大后，由于常跑动，这种绷带鞋常常脱落，所以只好换成鞋带的。
有鞋带的鞋有什么好处呢？就是跑的时候没那么容易脱落，可是有时候鞋带会松开，会绊倒你。我就会好奇，那些踢足球的为什么怎么跑他们的鞋带都不会松开的。

- IE 5.0 - 你只用你的电脑拿来即时通讯，写电邮还有用Myspace。你固执地拒绝升级你的电脑因为你觉得你不用那么好的电脑而且目前的电脑很好用。你大概也不用防毒软体。你只会让你的儿子/侄子/朋友来帮你每个月来消毒。
- IE 6.0 - 你大概不知道“浏览器”是什么来的而且你会以为IE就是Internet（网际网络）。你对科技没有什么头绪，还有你常时候很怕电脑。你也是只用你的电脑拿来即时通讯，聊天，电邮，还有Myspace。你的朋友一直告诉你炒狐狸（Fried Fox)而你真的不了解这些东西也没有真正去了解过。
- IE 7.0 - 你认为你是在科技的最尖端。你觉得微软(Microsoft)是地球上最伟大的公司，而且邪恶的“Lenoux”(Linux)的系统是恐怖分子制作的。你有Steve Ballmer的海报在你的墙上，还有当你长大后你要成为一个像Bill Gates的人。当你想起Vista时，你会兴奋起来而且坐立不安。
