Dawn Yang效应

我第一次看到dawn yang的图片是在hottestblogger那里看到的。无疑的他是在那blog里面介绍最漂亮的一个。

前几天Dawn Yang被某网络媒体采访，所他与某公司前合约。之后就有很多人眼红。有些人特地捏造事实，说它动过整容手术。在他还没出名前，都没人这么说过，那时可以说全部人一面倒的说它漂亮。就连那个称之为新加坡blog皇后的XiaXue说出words of jealousy!得不到就想毁掉，人真可怕。

Local blogger Wendy Cheng aka xiaxue told The New Paper huffily: ‘She’s not a real blogger. She’s just a pretty girl who happens to have a blog.

当然有些人是故意说她（好或坏）来提高自己blog的浏览率。给他们来说，他算一个工具。

刚才check过technorati，看到最高的search记录，”Dawn Yang”竟然排名第二！

Dawn admitted to having a Singaporean boyfriend - until Ms Lam jumped in and advised her to keep a ’single status’ for the sake of her career.

我觉得这就太不应该了。我觉得有没有男女朋友对一个艺人来说影响会有多大？照样会有fanz来仰慕你的啊！
不过，他真的很漂亮。哈哈！我看美女是不会错的！
不过改不了喜欢这些像公主又有点混血的美女。

好像google talk升级了。因为刚才我的gtalk不知道为什么忽然断线。

有新的mail来时，他会显示一个envelope。这是以前没有的。

最近看到alex还有chinesebloggers都在翻译中文歌词以便让其他不会华语的人能懂中文歌曲。
我在想，也许我也可以这么做。第一首歌就是选我最喜欢的《醉清风》by弦子（这是一首网络歌曲）。

香蕉人

通常那些华人不会说华语的我们叫他香蕉人(Banana Man)。
有些人很希望做香蕉人，因为他们看不起华语，觉得英文的地位比较高。
而有些人看不起香蕉人，觉得他们华人竟然不会说华语，有什么资格批评华人华语，有什么资格说自己是华人。

Yahoo中国

在keso那里看到关于yahoo首页变新的post。就去visit看看。

怎么说呢？觉得很google + baidu的味道。

这是yahoo原本的首页，很yahoo的味道。

不过最引起我注意的是，yahoo也有mp3 search。（不怕被告吗？之前百度也是这样）不过找了几首在baidu找不到的歌，都找得到。
中国websites有自己的风格（很乱，有人说像妓院一样）。不过这也许是中国人喜欢的吧。这是他们的文化。
不过中国人在innovation方面真的很厉害。那个例子好了，bbs在中国可以做到很美很漂亮，功能有多。而那些红毛人却做不到，还是死板板的。
对了，你问我keso是谁的话，我不懂。如果没错的话，应该是中国比较出名的blogger之一。我到现在好不明白他们的草根和精英论。

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute operational and strategic initiatives - planning, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analysis and developing final recommendations.

Requirements and Qualifications::

* Demonstrated top quartile performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
* MBA or equivalent preferred; undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering or other technical field preferred.

* Distinctive problem solving and analytic skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with highly technical management team.
* Work experience and keen understanding of the competitive landscape in Malaysia required.
* Established network of contacts.
* Strong entrepreneurial spirit and instinct for revenue-generating activities.
* Fluency in English and Malay. Outstanding presentation skills in both languages.
* Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

前几天看到一个很有趣的theory，为什么马来西亚的失业率持续攀升。
一个公司，最大的就是老板。老板自己已经不能promote到更高的地位了，那它也就不用promote其他人上来了，因为都没那种position给其他人。因为这种金字塔的关系，没有人事动迁，所以一个公司也就不用再招聘什么新人。因为这种原因，如果没有人被炒鱿鱼的情况下，就没有人被promote，那就没有什么位子空出来，就不会去招聘人来做工。如果是因为这种原因的话，那么如果要让一间公司扩充就业机会给其他人的话，那一间公司就要扩大发展。
其实很多公司不看学历的，什么本地外国公司它们都不管的。最主要这些人失业的原因是因为自己的attitude problem（看我的housemate就懂）。
其实哪里都有工作机会，是看你自己放得下尊严罢了。
越来越多人想自己创业，创业容易守业难。赚钱机会哪里都有，看你的luck还有眼光了。最重要的是快，狠，准！（功夫）
