很久没有更新Blog了，不少网友电邮问发生了什么事。是发生了一些事，就是这段日子工作量变大，没时间在网上闲混。

Bertha is a partner of “Banco Comunal 30 de Agosto” which is located in Ilave, in the province of El Collao, in Puno. She is 34 years old and is a single mother of two children. She has completed her studies in higher education.

For the past six years, Manuela Ramos has been her Field Partner. Her first loan was for 300 Peruvian soles, an amount which helped her acquire goods. Now she is asking for a loan of an additional 3,000 Peruvian soles. The loan will help her buy jewelry in Arequipa that she will sell in Ilave and in several markets in the area.

Bertha’s dream is to open a jewelry shop and to educate her children. She enjoys meeting people and social gatherings.

又在Kiva上借贷给位在Peru的Bertha Quispe Maquera。Bertha是个34岁的女性，育有两个孩子，单身妈妈。Bertha可是个受教育的人，借贷的目的是为了购买Arequipa的首饰以在Ilave等地方售卖。她的梦想就是开一间首饰店，并提供给自己的孩子教育。

人有梦想是好事，很多人都说马来西亚是个没希望的地方，但我却从另外一个角度来看这个国家。我觉得只要一个国家的人民有自己的梦想，这国家就不会没有希望的。没有梦想的国家才是没有希望的国家。Kiva开始借贷给美国创业家，不知道马来西亚是否也有这种小型借贷援助机构呢？如果小小的钱可以帮助很多人，我不介意成为Angel Investor。
