Sibu a City-wannabe
I wrote this one in english for my bananafriends who don’t understand chinese..
You see, i read this post in somebody who i dunno her name (yan?)
Conversation No. 1-
A: Now that Miri is a city, is there any difference?
B: Yes, only one person is different.
A: Who is this lucky person?
B: The mayor. Now, he is the mayor of a city. His salary should be at par with that of a minister. Perhaps, RM20K plus…Conversation No. 2-
C: What changes do you expect in the short run being a city?
D: Increase of house rate payable to the City Council lor.Conversation No. 3-
E: Do you feel proud staying in a city?
F: No difference le. The same road, the same garden, the same shop…
lol.. i think figure it out why our boss in sibu don’t want sibu to be city so fast
1. the benefit he get are far better than what the city mayor get
2. he loves cheap chickskampua
3. he wants kfc, McD, and SugarBun be the luxury restaurant in sibu (how patriotic he is)
4. he loves gardens, and he’ll continue building them
5. he’s graduated from some places which got less population (good environment for studies)
6. he hates mahua things (he prefer peace as he knows that city got higher crime rates)
7. he thinks sibuans are stupid
8. he got no pride and dignity in himself
9. he dun like me
10. i dun like him
Who’s HE or HIM? i dunno, you figure that out..
anyway, i rmb last time they said “WE’LL BECOME A CITY IN 2004, TOGETHER OR FASTER THAN MIRI”, then when it approached 2004 and when MIRI finally become a city, this is what they said, “2008 is our future, sibu will be a city at that time!”
wah… so semangat! i hope they don’t say that “Our dream of becoming City is not far! 2012 will be our day!” I’m really pissed offtired of those things.. i scare that time dream will still remain as dream and the he, will live in his dreams forever and never open his eyes again.. (whoopz, i didn’t mean anything)
well… we sibuans are very very very the forgetful one… including me.. for example, i dunno how many times i breathe for the last minute…
oh ya, sorry for those who come and read my chinese post but end up reading the broken english of mine.. as i said, this is for my bananafriends who don’t can’t read chinese

hah.. finally.. something in english.. i saw that you’re reading my blog.. thx. hehe. but cud not understand ur blog as it is in chinese. but nway, it’s cool that you’re pointing out ur minds in here. keep reading my blog too. i’ll try to update it evryday.
