香蕉减肥法
香蕉减肥法可是这几个月在日本风靡的减肥方式,正由于香蕉减肥法简单容易做到,而且许多人试过后都觉得有效,导致日本自去年10月起就闹出香蕉荒。
日本的‘香蕉减肥法’就是每天早上起来空腹吃香蕉配水,吃到你觉得饱为止,午餐晚餐就如平常那样子吃就好了。这样子吃香蕉会让胃产生饱足感,所以不会再进食。
不过在这里不鼓励大家餐餐使用这减肥法,因为它的副作用也很大的。空腹食用大量的香蕉会导致腹泻,长期腹泻的话会因为肠道的运作受扰乱而引起一连串的疾病。肠道的扰乱也会导致身体不能好好地吸收营养和摄取热量,这也是为什么香蕉减肥法不会让身体堆积脂肪。香蕉丰富的纤维让香蕉变成宝,但空腹吃会增加心脏负荷,久而久之就会引发心肌梗赛。
不是所有人都适合这香蕉减肥法的,有肾病、肾炎、糖尿病的人最好不要食用香蕉。香蕉本身的热量也很多,吃多了也会胖。
香蕉减肥法偶尔试试清肠道是不错的,不过最好不要每天做,尽量换换不同的蔬果,而且不要大量吃同一种水果。

Last time was the trend of consuming apple to lose weight. And now, it’s banana’s turn. lol IMO, you can eat anything and you still lost weight, as long as your diet is healthy and you exercise.

hyperX: yea, and eating only one thing makes people has unbalanced nutrients intake, in a long term it’ll definitely cause weight loss. and weight loss is a sign of health problem.
Jessen: it helps in weight loss but is unhealthy.
