地方议会每年都有给钱给那些捉流浪的单位，可是为什么Selayang地方议会要以丰富奖金给那些在这方面没有经验的民众呢？那奖金加起来总共RM39,000。

Penilaian terhadap pemenang pertandingan akan dilakukan 2 kali setahun iaitu bagi tempoh setiap 6 bulan.

Tangkapan minimum bagi tempoh 6 bulan untuk kelayakan penilaian bagi ketiga-tiga tempat kedudukan hadiah pertandingan ialah sejumlah 150 ekor.

这两条是说一年内将有两次比赛，也就是说一年内将给RM78,000。有关当局还规定至少要捉150只狗才算合格。

I have seen in my own backyard how dogs are treated, tortured and left to die by some irresponsible citizen. Not everyone can take care of their pets well for some end up throwing them on the streets when they are adult dogs. I just do not understand how such a stupid idea can be brought to the table by sane adults and be implemented. Worse still it being approved by the government….

区区80个投诉就能让无能的地方议会以自己的预算来做这场残忍的比赛。在这里呼吁各位联署签名投诉这件事，如果80人能够让他们举办这场比赛，那我们就以更多的数目来让他们取消这场比赛（我签名时已经是第1200个人了）。
