原来现在马来西亚没有公正
不知是谁提议说要把国家法律改成伊斯兰法律——Syariah Law。
PUTRAJAYA: The proposal to use Syariah law to replace English common law in court proceedings should be studied thoroughly first, said Datuk Dr Abdullah Zin.

不是说伊斯兰法律不好，而想说Syariah Law是个很Dyanmic的法律，而且对错全凭法官如何解释法律条例而判定的。还有一点我担心的就是马来西亚女性的地位不被Syariah Law所保护。如果没记错，Syariah Law对待偷窃者的惩罚是砍掉他们的手，对那些通奸的人丢石头至死。
更奇怪的是我们的首席法官Tun Ahmad Fairuz Sheikh Abdul Halim说Syariah Law才能给与重要的公正。这话的背后难道是说现在马来西亚是没有公正的法律？那你的那些宣判叫我们如何相信呢？那安华被放出来是不是不公正的呢？
当我们的政府官员和法律执法人员的思想还停留在第三世界思维时，什么法律都是没什么太大作用的。
