到处听人说橄榄油对身体好,可是当你到市场时,发现橄榄油不只是橄榄油,而是有很多类型的橄榄油。Virgin, Extra Virgin和Refined Olive Oil,到底要使用哪个比较好呢?

Virgin, extra-virgin or refined: Virgin and extra-virgin olive oils tend to be higher in polyphenols (a powerful w) than are the more-processed, refined olive oils. Antioxidants are considered beneficial because they help the body rid itself of unstable molecules called free radicals and minimize harmful cellular inflammation. A recent study comparing virgin olive oil, refined olive oil and the combination of both found that virgin olive oil appears to have greater heart-health benefits.

根据报告显示,Virgin和Extra-virgin这类比那些经过加工的refined橄榄油好得多,因为他们的polyphenols(一种强效的抗氧化物质)成分比较高。除此之外,买的橄榄油越新鲜越好,最好生产期不超过一年。
