搞不懂为什么那些慈善机构网站例如world vision之类的只收信用卡，而且为什么不收零零碎碎的捐款。

it would be hard to process donation without using cc in such INTERNATIONAL way..
There are many form of donation… some target the 零零碎碎的捐款… some target online users… its that simple…
no need to critic any 慈善机构狗眼看人低…
