二度成长
二十岁了,觉得自己还不够高。所以就决定寻找第二度成长。

最近每天都在喝低脂肪高钙质高Vitamin D的牛奶,可是看到新闻说有可能会导致头脑毁损。除了喝牛奶之外,睡眠时间也尝试增加(有种成长荷尔蒙是在睡觉的时候产生的)。还有就是每天一起来还有一有空就做些伸展动作,还有就是每天运动。
除此以外,我的饮食尽量少盐少糖少油。还有什么建议吗?
