香蕉是一种不用性交就能一直复制的变种植物。
Almost all the varieties of banana grown today are cuttings - clones, in effect - of naturally mutant wild bananas discovered by early farmers as much as 10,000 years ago. The rare mutation caused wild bananas to grow sterile, without seeds. Those ancient farmers took cuttings of the mutants, then cuttings of the cuttings.
香蕉将会绝种的原因就是因为基因不变，很可能会被病毒感染全体灭万。

No bananas at all in years may not true. We have many verities of bananas in the world. It just depends on the market and people can accept the taste of other verity banana.
Currently, Cavendish cultivars have remained the mainstay of the world’s export industries up to date. However, this cultivars is under the Fusarium wilt (Panama disease) tropical race 4 threat. Several banana plantations in Asia already reported damaged by this race of fungus. Therefore, Western banana industries are gravely concern about it.

I have conducted research on Panama disease on banana Rastali as my MSc study. Therefore, I understand a little bit more than others. Not much, just a little bit more only
