博客伦理
不知道各位知不知道最近在中国的blogsphere，《博客公约》的话题炒得很凶。
为什么有《博客公约》呢？听说是因为在中国有一位blogger骂另外一位blogger，然后被告。所以就产生了需要一个《博客公约》的东东。
我个人是很不喜欢这种公约的东西出来。因为blog本来就是写自己想写的东西。如果因为这个公约的出现，那大家都写一样的东西，那不是很闷？就像你说现在有chicken flu，那大家天天三餐都一起吃carrot，你说好不好？
在中国博客研究中心看到这个很有意思的《博客伦理》。
1，我们要学会宽容，首先必须学会争论。
2，只有附和及沉默、没有争论的宽容是虚伪的宽容，因为这样的宽容竟然不能容纳一点点意见的异同。
3，博客的意见争论可以完全去除功利的和世俗的关系，表现为真正的“意见”，而不是世俗的“算盘”。
4，我们需要发现所有的分歧，才能够弄清这分歧的实质。
5，我们曾经缺乏表达分歧的机会，也缺乏表达分歧的愿望，现在这机会来了，我们不应该自动放弃。
6，我们曾经担心话语权的平等，现在平等来了，难道沉默才意味着平等？
7，请注意“平等”的含义就意味着分歧，假如大家都像同一滴水一样平等，那平等就没有任何意义。
8，融合了分歧的平等，才能是真正的平等；融合了分歧的宽容，才是真正的宽容。
9，所以“精英”尽可以“精英”下去，“草根”尽可以“草根”下去；“精英”也可以有“草根”式的表达，“草根”也可以有“精英”式的表达。
10，“精英”或者应该一直“精英”下去，“草根”应该学会“精英”化，全体精英化的结果是没有“精英”一说。
最后一句话很哲学一下，我以我的方法跟大家解释一下：如果世上都是丑人，那所有的人都不丑。

ther’s no relation between this kinda 公约 & ur claim of 大家都写一样的东西, the former’ll not lead to the latter
on the contrary, the birth of things such as blog 公约 & 伦理’s to encourag & promote diversity of opinions, u can think of it as some kinda traffic rules
as more & more ppl own cars, some kinda traffic rules r necessary, as to prevent accident & promote efficiency
unless respectively the car owners only drive in their own backyard
the same goes to blog
wat kinda blogosphere does m’sia wants?
the kind in which ppl drive in their own backyard respectively, or cross countries highways

我觉得这个不可能成为一个公约，只是一个个人看法罢了。而且写的东西，就跟人生来平等这种大道理一样。有没有都没有两样。

maria:是要先学会争论。就想如果这世上没有人先杀人先，那何来的不准杀人的law呢？
milo:你说得很有道理。不过当我第一眼看到这个公约时，第一个appear在我的脑里的是IRobot的三大规则。除了那三大规则，基本上所有的robot都可以做不违背那三大规则的东东。
xii:是的。我估计这将会是个white elephant。

as the nature of the roads, vehicles & stuffs 改变, traffic rules also need to 与时并进, wat’s more important is the 理念 behind, & the will of all participants to make it happen
btw, may i ask u a question?
by changin ur blog address to kukuchew instead of blogspot, does this mean u’d not be blocked by the mainland china’s great fire wall?
